Master in Computer Science and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Deusto. She has worked in R&D at Telefónica and directed the Movistar Chair at the University of Deusto during her years as a university lecturer in Computer and Telecommunications Engineering. Her experience includes areas such as the Future Internet, Internet of Things, wireless networks and protocols and industrial digitalisation technologies. She has led R&D projects for more than 10 years at Tecnalia and is currently the director of Smart Industry, a business area focused on enabling technologies for Industry 5.0: advanced robotics, artificial vision technology, maintenance and application of Artificial Intelligence in production processes, seeking KPIs for quality improvement, production optimisation, efficiency and sustainability.
