He has over 20 years experience in the field of retail and he is the author of various books such as “Cien comercios vascos en los que aprender”. He also directs and conducts the podcast Actualiza Retail.
He is often invited to participate as a speaker and published author in professional eventsand in the media both in Spain and Latinamerica.
