Activate your Visual Language

When we live a process that is visualized, our eyes listen and our mind and heart begin to connect. And when this happens, we listen to ourselves more deeply. We connect with the process more deeply.
When we see our words and our thoughts expressed before us  – here and now, printed on paper – we become more aware of what is happening in that space.

The people who use visual collection and facilitation, use listening and drawing skills to accompany people and teams to deepen in what is happening.

The use of visual language is not an act of “drawing and scribbling”: it is an exercise that connects mind and heart to favour conversations, to generate common goals and commitment and to shell solutions or visualize possible scenarios.
