When we speak of “Micromachismos”, micromale chauvinist aggressions, the prefix “micro” does not refer to its size or its gravity, but to its invisibility.
Even though they are continuously present in our sociability, it is not always easy for us to identify these subtle and natural behaviours.
The aim of this microworkshop is to pass a series of film sequences, television debates, video clips, group conversations in social networks … tthrough the eyes of the group debate microscope. This will allow us to isolate them. so that they can be clearly exposed.
Conducted by Coral García de las Heras, sociologist and equality technician of the Vitoria based consultancy AZ Participación with more than 20 years of experience in the field of equal opportunities.
